These terms describe the MVP rules for using Atopa tags, found pages, and recovery messaging.

Acceptable use

Use Atopa to help recover legitimate items. Do not use tags, messages, or accounts for spam, harassment, phishing, or illegal activity.

Owner responsibilities

Owners are responsible for creating safe tag labels and public return messages that do not expose personal contact details.

Finder responsibilities

Finders should send practical recovery information and use any owner reply only to coordinate returning the item.

MVP draft status

Atopa is in invite-only MVP launch. This draft requires human review before public cutover and may change as the service matures.
